The renter is any person offering private accommodation on the Page.
The renter is obliged to enter accurate and up-to-date information about the accommodation they offer.
The renter is obliged to respond to user inquiries about accommodation.

Accommodation reservations on the Page are made through the reservation system.
The user is obliged to accept the reservation terms stated in the reservation system.

The accommodation price published on the Page is final and includes all taxes and fees. The accommodation price may change following applicable legal regulations.

Payment for reserved accommodation is made through the payment system. The payment system is secure and protected.
The owner cannot access user credit card data. Online payments are enabled through secure and certified payment systems. Your payment data will be protected following data security standards. Dream Booker LLC uses M2PAY system for online payments.
M2PAY is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. M2PAY ensures secure entry and transfer of entered card data for both the buyer and the merchant, confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that M2PAY holds. M2PAY uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection during data entry and transfer.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and timely payment execution. Incorrect data can lead to difficulties in the reservation process.

The user has the right to cancel the reservation at any time, with a fee according to the reservation terms. The renter has the right to cancel the reservation in case of exceptional circumstances, with a fee according to the reservation terms.
We reserve the right to change prices, reservation terms, or cancellations in case of unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes.

The owner is not responsible for damage suffered by the user due to the use of the Page.
The renter is responsible for the damage suffered by the user due to the use of the rented accommodation.

The owner has the right to change and supplement these Terms. For each change or supplement to the Terms, the Owner will inform users through the Pages.

These Terms come into effect on the day of publication on the Page. For everything not regulated by these Terms, valid legal regulations apply.
By using the Page, the user accepts these Terms.
